ABM Data Systems offers many different services to our new and existing customers. We pride ourselves on making sure the customers are happy and receives the services they need.

Data Transcription

We can convert the data from another alarm software package and input that data into the Phoenix Alarm Software database.

This will mean less manual data entry on the account base. We can also help in cleaning up the data prior to import.

On-Site Configurations

ABM offers on-site installation and setup of our different software products. We will also come on-site to do major upgrades to an exisiting Phoenix Alarm System.

If you want to make sure you are ready for your UL inspection, we will do an on-site UL Compliance Visit.

Custom Integration

We will work with other security vendors to integrate their product with our Phoenix Software.

The integration could involve either sending data to a 3rd party application or receive data from them.

Training Services

ABM offers training on our products in a varity of ways. We offer In-House training at our Round Rock, TX facility. On-Site training at the customers site. On-Line mini classes using GoToMeeting.
